It's nice to read a good love story, and this book has several. I especially liked the pictures that accompanied the stories.
She shared her own WWII love story and some letters from my Grandfather. I bought a copy for myself and one for my Grandmother. We called each other once a week to discuss the stories. It was a great to have this book as a conversation piece. I highly recommend it.
Love Stories of World War II intrigued me because my husband is a World War II veteran. The book was interesting, making history come alive from a woman's point of view. Also was heartbreaking as well as heartwarming.
I loved this book. I was very surprised that it was compiled by Larry King, but it was so good. Hearing the sweet love stories about whirl wind romances I loved it and have loaned it out several times.
